Why are your prices so low?

We are a leading wholesaler in the salon equipment and salon furniture industry. That means we sell at wholesale prices. The fact that we are open to the public to purchase directly means we cut out the ‘middle-man’ and extra markups so that our customers are able to get great deals on top-quality items. Additionally, we have direct contacts with manufacturers, so we are able to get the best quality products at the best prices around.


I can’t find what I am looking for on your site. Do you accept special or custom orders?

Yes, we absolutely do! If there is something specific you are looking for, we are happy to customize salon furniture to your liking. This includes but is not limited to: specific colors, upholstery, materials used, and overall design. If we don’t have it, we will work to provide solutions by sourcing from our extensive network of global partners to get you exactly what you need. Contact us, and one of our experts will be happy to run through the process with you.


Do you offer financing payment options?
Yes, we do! Simply visit the FINANCING tab (found at the top navigation menu) or CLICK HERE for an application and more detailed information.

SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES


When will my order be shipped?

Most orders done via our website are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. For local shipments and deliveries, a member of our team will provide options for you at the time of sale.


I live nearby and want to save on shipping. Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you are welcome to pick up your order. We welcome you to visit our showroom and purchase the items directly. Please keep in mind that all of our items come fully assembled, so please be sure to have a vehicle large enough to fit your items.


What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with an item simply email us at info@genesisbeautyco.com and a customer service agent will provide you with further instructions and RMA number. Please note, all returns or exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be shipped back or returned in its original condition including packaging and accessories. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, the item or damaged part(s) will be replaced at the discretion of Genesis Beauty Company. Any replacement parts will be shipped standard ground only. If damage occurs due to inappropriate use by customer, any and all warranties will be void. Any and all damages must be reported within 2 weeks from the delivery date. If damage is not reported within the 2-week time frame returns will not be accepted.


I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?

When an order is placed, you will receive a shipment notification E-mail within 48 hours. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the next business day. Your estimated delivery date is 5-7 business days after your order is shipped (although usually faster). If you don't receive your order after 10 business days of placing your order please notify us. We will do what we can to track and locate your shipment via the shipping carrier. Genesis Beauty Co. is not responsible for filing claims or sending replacements if not reported within 30 days from shipping date.


Can I ship to an alternate shipping address?

If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please note that a customer service representative will contact you before your order is processed and shipped in order to verify both your billing and shipping addresses. A photo identification and/or bank statement will be needed. Address verification is a precautionary measure we take to avoid fraudulent activity and ensure your safety. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.


WARRANTY


What does the 1-year warranty include?

Genesis Beauty Company offers a 1-year warranty on all of our products. Option to extend warranty is available at the time of sale for an additional charge of $50 per year. Please contact a member of your team for more information.


*Please note, such warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, misuse, alteration, improper maintenance or unauthorized repairs. Normal wear-and-tear is not covered. Warranty does not cover replacement bulbs, glass parts, labor or any installation.
