Can I pick up my order to save money?
  Yes, you are welcome to pick up your order. We welcome you to visit our showroom and purchase the items directly. Please keep in mind that all of our items come fully assembled, so please be sure to have a vehicle large enough to fit your items.
Can I ship to an alternate address?
  If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please note that a customer service representative will contact you before your order is processed and shipped in order to verify both your billing and shipping addresses. A photo identification and/or bank statement will be needed. Address verification is a precautionary measure we take to avoid fraudulent activity and ensure your safety. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
I haven't received my order. What do I do?
  When an order is placed, you will receive a shipment notification E-mail within 48 hours. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the next business day. Your estimated delivery date is 5-7 business days after your order is shipped (although usually faster). If you don't receive your order after 10 business days of placing your order please notify us. We will do what we can to track and locate your shipment via the shipping carrier. Genesis Beauty Co. is not responsible for filing claims or sending replacements if not reported within 30 days from shipping date.
What is your return policy?
  If you are unsatisfied with an item simply email us at and a customer service agent will provide you with further instructions and RMA number. Please note, all returns or exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be shipped back or returned in its original condition including packaging and accessories. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, the item or damaged part(s) will be replaced at the discretion of Genesis Beauty Company. Any replacement parts will be shipped standard ground only. If damage occurs due to inappropriate use by customer, any and all warranties will be void. Any and all damages must be reported within 2 weeks from the delivery date. If damage is not reported within the 2-week time frame returns will not be accepted.

When will my order be shipped?
  Most orders done via our website are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. For local shipments and deliveries, a member of our team will provide options for you at the time of sale.
