.....................RETURNS & REFUNDS.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, the item or damaged part(s) will be replaced at the discretion of Genesis Beauty. Any replacement parts will be shipped standard ground only. If damage occurs due to inappropriate use by customer, any and all warranties will be void. Any and all damages must be reported within 2 weeks from the delivery date. If damage is not reported within the 2-week time frame returns will not be accepted.


If a refund is wanted, the refund must be acknowledged and approved.


All returns must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition (determined after inspection).


A 20% restocking fee that does not include the original shipping cost will be charged on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.



Customer is responsible for additional charges as a result of any return or exchange.

If damage occurs due to inappropriate use by the customer any and all warranties are voided.


Normal or excessive wear and tear is not covered under any warranty.


Our warranty does not cover replacement bulbs, any glass parts or pieces, any labor, or any installation of a part under warranty.


Any and all damages must be reported to Genesis Beauty within two weeks from the delivery date.


No returns will be accepted nor any refunds will be given if damages are not reported within the two-week time frame.
